Another year of tasting classic, fusion and amazing edibles served in the restaurants of the metro!

Las Pinas

Another Story
Cuisine: American Asian
Food: Paella (395ph), Feta Cheese and dried berries (Feta Cheese and dried beriies with a balsamic viniagrette dressing and tossed assprted lettuce salad drizzled with candied walnuts. 295ph for solo serving can already be shared), Roast Pork Belly (Roast Pork Belly with mushroom gravy and applesauce with potato au gratin or buttered rice or mashed potatoes, 495ph)
Personal Preference: 10 out of 10.  The food is tasty.  The sauce used in pork belly, vegetables and salad are in rich flavor.  The ambiance the best!
Location: 2F inside Evia Mall, Daang Hari Road, Almanza Dos, Las Piñas, 1750












TGI Friday's

Location: Star Mall Pamplona, Las Piñas City
Food:
Calypso Calamari Salad (crisp, golden friend calamari served over mixed fresh greens and tossed with line cilantro dressing and topped with tomato, pineapple and toasted nuts, 595 PHP);
Jack Daniel's Country Ribs & Shrimp (a handful butterflied shrimp, battered and friend until crisp and served with crispy seasoned fries and coleslaw, 895 PHP)
Grilled BBQ Chicken (service with rice pilaf and seasoned vegetables, 545 PHP);



Personal Preference: 9 out of 10.  The food is tasty, but expensive.  Kamsahamnida Unnie.


Vietnam Deli Cafe
Location: Ground Floor, Alfresco Area, Robinsons Place Las Pinas
Food: Pho Bo - beef noodles soup served with tendon beef (235php), Goi Coun - fresh spring roll with shrimp and vermicelli served with creamy peanut hoisin sauce (205php)





Personal Preference: 8 out of 10.  The food is tasty.  The place is filled with Vietnamese scenery.


French Baker
Location: Upper Ground Floor, Southmall
Food: soup on a bread bowl (145php), egg salad sandwich (160)


Personal Preference: 8 out of 10.  The food is tasty, but a bit expensive.  Feels like healthy.


Merlion's Cuisine
Cuisine: Singapore
Food: hainanese steamed chicken (548php, half), Singapore style fried rice (268php, 2-3 people), fried tofu (288php)
Personal Preference: 9 out of 10.  As said by the manager, "I assure you this is an authentic Singaporean restaurant, because I'm a Singaporean."  Presentation was brought to a different level, they have added designed chicken and mini-merlion on the served dishes. The sauces were tasty.  Eating their tofu has a twist.

Parañaque

Kiapo
Cuisine: Filipino, Asian
Food: Lumpiang Shanghai (deep fried spring rolls with minced pork and shrimps served with sweet chili sauce, 260php), Barbecue Pork Ribs (Baby back US pork ribs with homemade barbecue sauce, 420php), Pork Sisig (deep fried pork belly, chopped and mixed with onions, jalapeno and special sauce, 340php)
Personal Preference: 09 out of 10.  The food is tasty but expensive.  More expensive are the drinks like black coffee (180ph) and sodas (150ph).  The service is good, their team is responsive and respectful too.
