We prefer to visit the less crowded area so as not to spoil the trip. So we walked around the garden with like less than 20 guests.
There's a big quartz stone that you can freely touch at the garden entrance.
They also allow the guests to touch and smell the herbs. There are also wind chimes around the garden that you can also touch.
Apart from the herbs, there are a lot of varieties of flowers around the garden.
There's a large greenhouse, abundant with more flowers and orchids.
It may have been too late to visit the double-petal Sakura as they have already fallen on the ground. But, lucky to see irises again in Japan. Another purple flower below, known as allium, blooms in late spring to early summer.
Amazingly, we have also seen a few autumn hues while visiting in mid-May.
If we skip the photo spots in Motosuko Resort due to the long queue. At Herb Garden, we had the photo spots by ourselves. I can even sit on the ground, to take the inverted image of Mt. Fuji.
There's also Anywhere Door, a huge photo frame and photo spot with a big teddy bear - where there's no waiting queue for all of the spots.
If you prefer to take the lesser famous angle of inverted Fuji, try to drop-by this garden.
After the paid entrance, then you can visit the Panorama Cafe. They only have a limited selection of snacks and sweets. Both of the hand-wrapped pizzas were also tasty and great. Due to the cold and wind outside, having hot corn soup is so tasteful.
Apart from snacks, there are also trinkets and postcards available at the shop.
At the Fujisan Deck, there are more seating areas. We actually had the deck by ourselves.
When leaving the garden, there are still a few more surprises on getting Fuji from a different angle.
Also, we've seen these cute pets also enjoying the place. Thank you to their owner, for letting us take photo of them.
