Japan: Hotel Monte Hermana Tokyo

Hotel Monte Hermana Tokyo

Address: 3-3-15, Nihonbashi Chuo-ku, Tokyo Station, Tokyo, Japan, 103-0027

Travel Date: May 2025, 1 night

Location: Like a normal traveller arriving in a new city, it took a while to navigate from Tokyo Sta. Yaesu North Gate Bus Stop to the hotel.  Plus, there was road construction during our visit, thus adding to the confusion on navigating to the hotel.

The next day, heading to the opposite Tokyo Yaesu-minamiguchi Bus Stop is much easier.

Check-in:  It was quick and easy. You can pick-up basic amenities at the counter for free.  They also gave out teas upon check-in.

Same floor (2F) as the lobby, there's an ice dispenser, microwave oven and some guides and maps.

Room (1 X Twin - 17 m²/183 ft² | Non-smoking | 2 single beds):
Size of the room is enough for two.  Clean, modern, well lighted and a good room. Although, no view from our window.

They have smart tv.  Having Youtube in the background is enough.

Welcome drinks, drip coffee and teas are provided.

Security: Although you don't need to tap in the elevator, upon arrival on your floor, you need to tap to open a sliding glass door.

Check-out: Quick and easy.  They were able to process it even before 6am, as we will travel by the first bus going to Yamanashi.

Recommendation: Warm welcome from the hotel counter.  Good location if you prefer to stay in Tokyo station taking buses to main areas around Tokyo.  It's high-priced for a budget traveller like me, but well-priced accommodation considering its proximity in the heart of Tokyo.
