Kazahaya no Sato is on a hillside garden by a lake, known for seasonal hydrangeas located in Tsu, Mie.
Most of the gardens in Mie are not easily accessible by public transport. The reason I visited this place is also due to their free shuttle service. Visit this page for more information during the flower festival.
For a small fee you can visit Kazahaya no Sato. It's a huge hilly garden and worth the visit during the hydrangeas festival.
