South Korea: Seoul: Ewha University

Ewha Womans University is a private women's university in central Seoul, South Korea founded in 1886 by the American Methodist Episcopal missionary Mary F. Scranton.  - Wikipedia
Address: 11-1, Daehyeon-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, South Korea
Motto: Knowledge·Goodness·Beauty

Coming from Seogsan-ro, we took the Back Gate heading to the campus ground.

Pfeiffer Hall (Main Hall) - This stone building was constructed in a Gothic architectural style and has crossed engraved in every upper part of the walls to symbolize that Ewha is a Christian University. [see Map]

You'll get pretty colors by last week of October to early November.

Ewha Campus Complex - This building is designed like a boulevard that starts from the entry point of Ewha Square and ends in front of Pfeiffer Hall. There is a total of 6 levels below the ground. With the lower 2 levels used as an underground parking lot of 750 vehicles. And the top of the building will be roof garden and represent a pleasant green campus. [see Map]

From the open doors at the lower ground level we were able to dine in at their Food Hall, visit some school supply shops and Kyobo Book Centre.

Grab the opportunity to visit their campus museum too!
