Location: Next to Iseshi Station, where you can take the JR or Kintetsu lines. From here, there are local buses going to the shrines and also has limited service to Vison.
Security: Passing elevator stops at 2F (Lobby). I saw some comments that this is annoying for them, but I think it's part of their security that the Lobby sees who is entering and exiting the premises.
You need to tap your card key, and the guest's floor will be automatically selected. You can only access your own floor.
The hotel front doors are locked at night (from 2:00 am to 5:00 am) and you need to place your card on the sensor to enter the building.
Amenity Bar: You may select what you only need and bring them to your room.
Check-in: I was able to use the self-service machine to check-in, with no problem. They have a very accommodating staff, as they went to me to separately inform me about the 1 hr water pressure maintenance happening during my stay.
Room (Standard Single Room - Non-Smoking):Spacious enough to open one luggage. Clean, complete as what I need.
With a nice view of the street.
Services:
Vending Machine at 2F for soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are available.
Complimentary Coffee is available from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am. And you may bring your coffee to your room.
Coin Laundry: During summer trips, this is your chance to pack light. Bring less clothes than what you need. Book at a hotel that offers a laundry area.
Challenging at first, but it's fun when I came to operate these washing machines. More fun, when there is no English explanation on how to use it.
1.You'll find it dusty from the drying or the previous user. Rinse the tub for free.
2. Place your clothes on the tub. Close it.
3. Select your preferred action. e.g. wash and dry, wash only, dry only.
4. Some machines will let you enter your pin code. Some don't have that feature.
5. Ensure to set your timer or alarm in your phone, to sync with the machine, so you'll know when to get back to the laundry room.
Check-out: Quick. No issues at all.
Recommendation: Definitely a good choice if you are going to Ise, Mie area.
