Vivid Sydney is festival of light, music and ideas held in Sydney, Australia during end of May to early June.
Vivid Light transforms Sydney into a wonderland of 'light art' sculptures, innovative light installations and grand-scale projections for all to enjoy - for free. It is a magical celebration of light-design excellence and the world's largest outdoor 'art-gallery': a unique Vivid Sydney experience. [Read more on http://www.vividsydney.com/about-vivid-sydney]

Lastly, aside from the vivid lights, be warned about the vivid walk. Know about the future road closures (just like this year). We experienced commotion and bit of stampede nearby Circular Quay, not knowing that the train service has been cancelled. We walked until Wynyard Station to reach Town Hall Station (or anywhere near Central/George St.) to get home safely.

Colors everywhere! Those projected artwork on the tunnel's (nga ba?) dome is nothing but pure awe!
ReplyDeleteyes tunnel... amazing talaga ton!
DeleteI guess you could compare this to Melbourne's White Night happening every February... Too bad I haven't seen this one cause I visited Sydney around March... It looked way better, livelier and eye-catching with these lights, I must say... Great photos by the way! :) -JC
