Ippudo Tao is a ramen restaurant made in collaboration between drum art group TAO and Ippudo.
Ramen and Wadaiko (Japanese drum) may seem to have nothing in common with each other at first glance. However, they both have a desire to modernize Japanese culture and share it with the rest of the world. Both Ippudo and TAO see the world as a stage where they can entertain people and put smiles on their faces.

Since Yoshinoya is readily available in Philippines, better to try this new one. (It’s like trying to stay away from the normal flavor of McDonalds, KFC, etc).
It’s good to know that the machine has English menu. The food tastes good for its price.

I missed the adventure of having a street food. Good thing, I get to have this sticky rice with red bean curd inside (along the street in Dazaifu).

Notes Yatai stalls are the famous restaurants that you should try in Fukuoka - unfortunately, I was not able to try one.
