2017 June: Macau: Casino - Gaming Industry

The day after what happened in Resorts World Manila, is when we are flying in to Macau.  Still with heavy heart to the wounded and lost, this is a reminder to stay guarded and alert whenever or wherever you are visiting casinos, malls or other places.

Some believe that these are only for betting place lovers or for gambling den, well in fact a reality.  But this is also for those who just simply want to enjoy capturing moments on flashing lights.

Parisian, Taipa
A new addition among the casinos in Cotai Strip.  Having its landmark of half-size Eiffel Tower, you can’t miss this place.

Iconic to the place, you get to see small towers within the mall vicinity.

I like the most is the hotel lobby - a grandeur artwork from top to bottom, the painted ceiling that is dome like, the intricate design of the pillars, the mythology inspired water fountain added with light effects.

The complex was opened on September 2016.  This was also a place where Psy filmed his MV for song “New Face” released May 2017.  We have visited a month after on June 2017.

The Venetian, Macau
With fading paint on the outside walls of the casino.  Nonetheless it will never fail to amaze visitors when entering the hotel lobby.

As you enjoy the all-day sky paint on the ceiling, never miss the unique windows of the Venetian.

Lisboa, Macau
With the high rise unique designed building and flashing lights, it is still an eye catcher in the evenings of Macau.

Wynn, Macau
The dragon and lucky tree show is still visited by some tourists.  As well as the light, fire and water fountain show every hour and half-hour that lasts for less than ten minutes.

City of Dreams, Taipa
Opened to public, but still has many maintenance work on the sidelines.  You can already shop on few top brands.  We have not visited the casino floor and hotel lobby.
