2017 June: Taste of Hong Kong

Tim Ho Wan
Location: Olympian City 2, 18 Hoi Ting Rd, West Kowloon, Hong Kong

Personal Preference: 9 out of 10.  I haven’t tried in the Philippines yet, but we planned to visit this in HK being awarded with one Michelin Star. Well it’s true that the food is tasty.  But because it’s a famous restaurant, you need to have patience while waiting to be seated.

Once you arrive the area, immediately ask for the English menu slip, then request to be on queue.  Select your food preference and wait to be called.  Then submit your slip once you were offered the table.

Food: steamed pork dumplings with shrimp (28 HKD = 178 PHP, 2017); baked bun with BBQ pork (20 HKD = 128 PHP, 2017); steamed rice with beef & pan fried egg (28 HKD = 178 PHP, 2017); vermicelli roll stuffed with BBQ pork (22 HKD = 140 PHP, 2017)
