Option for your quick breakfast.  

Yoshinoya Shijo-Higashitoin

Food: eel set

Aside from the bony eel, all is good.

Relax environment, a lot to see, good food. 

If you are looking for beans, they have a lot of choices. 

It's an upmarket carrying specialty food and kitchen items.  With a lot of gift options in time for the Christmas holidays.  

A lot of new drinks to try.  And they offer a lot of pastries too. 

Blue Bottle Coffee - Kyoto Rokkaku Cafe

I like the rustic aesthetic place since it is an old machiya.  Since there is still no Blue Bottle store in Philippines, I bought a pack of beans so I can enjoy their coffee back home. 

Some of the staff are not welcoming with cold service. 

Enjoyed and finish our cofee and cake.
