Booking a hotel during an autumn stay in Japan is just so hard.  If you are in doubt about this third party site you can read the reviews in Trip Advisor . For follow-up validation, you can also directly contact the hotel to check your reservation.

At the lobby, they have one computer unit which has a charge of 100yen (500php, 2012) for usage 10 minutes.  Payphone, printer, maps, simple souvenirs and other goodies are also available.

Room Facilities: Safe box, Air Conditioning, Desk, Heater, Shower, Bathtub, Hairdryer, Free Toiletries, Toilet, Bathroom, Slippers, Pay-Per-View , Telephone, Satellite TV, LCD /Plasma /Flat-screen TV, Tea/Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Wake Up Service/Alarm Clock

Room Size:  13 square meters / 135 square feet – Don’t expect much on the size of the rooms, floor space in Japan is known to be expensive.

The room is small but clean, also being serviced every day.  It includes soft beddings, fluorescent dim-lights, and bath tub.  It has no English-channel and wifi is available only at the lobby.

Location
The location is accessible, only 10 minutes away from Exit 7 of Shinsaibashi station.  It is in the middle of America-mura, in front of Kate Space, beside Big Step and OPA Malls, 2 convenient stores are nearby the area, and Planet 3rd restaurant is on its ground-level.

My take?  It is on the prime location, but the price (39900yen = 21400php, no breakfast) is expensive compare to my other accommodations in Asia.  In-house breakfast served at Planet 3rd will cost you an additional 1900yen (900php) for each person.   You can always opt to buy bento box and coffee from the nearby convenient store for a cheaper deal.

Other third-party hotel booking sites in Japan are:
Hostels/Hotels that were also mentioned in PinoyExchange are the following:
Balance your budget, check the services, its location, safety and check English-able hotels before you trade the price that you wanted to pay for your accommodation.
