Philippines: 5 days Itinerary to Manila

If I'm traveling to Metro Manila, which places should I visit?  Hopefully the following sites can help you plan your trip to Manila, Philippines!

Day 1
There are less green field in the metro, but if you want to see one, why not grab the opportunity to also visit the oldest university. Visit University of Santo Tomas (UST), in EspaƱa Boulevard, Sampaloc, Manila.  You may opt to use the gate in Governor Forbes (Lacson St), since this is used for the public (closer to the hospital).  You can mention that you like to visit the church to get inside the campus grounds.




Drop by Intramuros, to see more of the famous Churches and life during the Spanish colonization.

Continue to National Museum to see works from local artists!



End the day by joining Manila Bay Cruise, book your reservation with Travel Book.


Day 2
Let's go to far east side of the metro. Head to Pinto Art Museum.


On your way back, why not shop at the Podium Mall, SM Megamall or Shangrila Plaza Mall.


Day 3
Do you want to see more about the nature visit Corregidor! Join the daily cruise with Sun Cruises.


Day 4

Can't get enough of the history, check-out Ayala Museum. See more of gold artifacts, ceramics, artist works and Philippine history presented in 60 diorama figures.


Shop 'til you drop at Greenbelt, Landmark, Glorieta and SM Makati.


Day 5

You can also opt to visit Mind Museum in BGC, Taguig.  Just be warn that this is famous spot for students and there is an unending queue for kids who have been enjoying the exhibition focused on Science and Technology.


Continue to have lunch at the SM Aura to enjoy the view from Skypark and alfresco restaurants.

End your day by visiting Okada, to see the stunning light and fountain show on an hourly schedule after 6pm.



Extend your stay and check-out other provinces like Coron, Palawan, Ilo-ilo and more.

  1. That looks an awesome place. I'm gonna try to visit it. I'm pretty sure me and my friends are going to love it. Check out the Ayala Malls Circuit, this might help you. Anyway, Thanks for sharing!
