Another place to visit to escape from cold wind outside is by visiting another library which is very accessible to the public - the Starfield Library in COEX Mall.
Try to visit in early hours because by mid-afternoon it is just too crowded.
Just like us, there are a lot of visitors who are just looking for photo-opportunities.
But the locals must be too serious in doing their readings.
