Kotohira Maritime museum (also known as Marine Science museum) displays Edo-era ship and marine-themed exhibits.
Most of the text are in Japanese, but they have qr codes for the English text.
They have sections for island stories and submarine salon.
They have reading section and you can read collection of books and magazines about Shipping.
They have a section for different kinds of knots.
Highlight of my visit is to play and drive radio-controlled boats. I did it in two-rounds. Even though I was solo during the visit, it was all fun playing on the driving wheel. I just inserted 2pcs of 100-yen coin which will allow you to operate in the next 3 minutes.
There are 10 stamps available at the ground floor which filled-up few pages on my booklet.
