Kameyama, Mie, Japan: Seki Post Town in Tokaido road

In 2019, I have visited Magome and Tsumago towns in Nakasendō route. And Old Tōkaidō Road Ancient Cedar Avenue in Hakone, Kanagawa.  This 2024, I have visited Seki-juku in Tōkaidō road.

What is Tōkaidō road?
Roughly means "eastern sea route," connecting Kyoto (previous capital) Japan and Edo (modern-day Tokyo). [Reference]

2019: Japan: Hakone: Along Lake Ashinoko

Since I'll be starting my day late, I prefer having one-stop from main station, then will just go around the area.  So what activities can we enjoy nearby Lake Ashi (Motohakone)?

2019: Japan: Nagano: Kiso Valley

Kiso Valley is located in Nagano Prefecture.  It is an option route between Tokyo and Kyoto known as Nakasendo ("path through the mountains").  I wanted to see this path to experience how it was hard for the old people and Himura then.
