Not your regular cafe, but this is another flower garden themed cafe in the heart of Hongdae. This is the previous location of Four Season's House (Yoon's Color), that is now converted to a garden coffee shop.
Once you arrived at Blute Cafe, you may choose where ever you want to be seated. Tables already have their menu and good thing most are written in English. They offer variety of drinks from coffee, teas, fruit teas, to alcoholic beverages. Pay as you order is observed here.
Experience:
Food: fruit herb blending tea, wild cherry (8000KRW = 320PHP)
Personal Preference: 8 out of 10, wide selection of drinks, few cakes available.
Then you can roam around the areas where there are less diners.
Enjoy the rustic furniture pieces and unique chairs with hard wooden tables.
Since this is a garden cafe, there are enormous living plants inside the cafe and few dried flowers for the accent.
The garden cafe by the porch area is more charming at night.
Open schedule: Monday 10:00 - 18:00, Tuesday-Sunday 10:00 - 22:00
It's been 6 years since I last visited the place (previous visit on November 2011), good thing that this special room with inverted yellow roses which was used on Summer Scent was still kept intact. No drinks on this room, but guests are welcomed to take photos. They even provide flower bouquets and flower headdress that can be used anytime.
